The VM31 is a robust and versatile vibration meter designed for a comprehensive range of measurements. It's engineered to evaluate hand-arm vibration according to ISO5349 and ISO/TR 18570, as well as whole-body vibration in accordance with ISO2631 and ship vibration following ISO 20283-5 standards.
With four IEPE channels, this meter measures acceleration, velocity, and displacement across a variety of machine vibrations. It displays a suite of crucial data including running and interval RMS value, maximum RMS value (MTVV), vibration dose value (VDV), total vibration value, peak value, and maximum peak value, ensuring detailed analysis.
An additional measuring channel is available, which can be utilized for SEAT measurements on driver’s seats, enhancing occupational health assessments. The VM31's three-channel FFT capability aids in identifying main frequencies effectively, a crucial feature for in-depth vibration analysis.
