Coretec's Multi Controller offers full servo press functionality in a compact size, that allows for all in one, completely unrestricted Servo Press Operation.

All necessary electrical devices are included in a compact size. Simply connect a power source and connect to the servo press by cable to complete operation setup.

The Controller includes useful functions for easy linkage operation with simple interlocks, peripheral devices (solenoid valves), and other equipment by using general purpose inputs/outputs. The design incorporates through safety measures throughout, such as the optional two-handed switch box and light curtain.

CS55

The CS55 has been redesigned for more Force and more Speed than the existing CS50. It has the same bolt pattern as the existing CS50, the new CS80 and the existing MS100. It can move up to 200mm per second, with stroke ranges from 100 to 500mm

CS80

The CS80 has been redesigned for 60% more Force than the existing CS50. It has the same bolt pattern as the existing CS50, the new CS80 and the existing MS100. It can move up to 200mm per second, with stroke ranges from 100 to 350mm.

GS35

The GS35 has been designed for more Speed & a longer duration of Force applied than the CS30. It can move up to 320 mm per second, with stroke ranges of 200 or 400 mm. This is our fastest moving Servo Press.

GS50

The GS50 has been designed for more Speed & a longer duration of Force applied than the CS55. It has the same bolt pattern as the existing CS55, CS80 and MS100. It can move up to 215 mm per second, with stroke ranges from 200 and 400 mm.

MS02-100B
