The ForTest T4990, is the new and revolutionary absolute pressure decay leak tester by ForTest. It can be integrated on automatic, semi automatic and rotating benches. It provides a hardware that can be compared to that of top series testing equipment, and with a measurement accuracy of not less than 0,1 Pa.
Low maintenance, stable and noise free. It provides an innovative 2.5 “ high-resolution Oled display, a USB port for direct connection with PC and several expansion ports to external automations, indicator lights, limit switch and programming keyboards. Specially designed black anodized aluminum case can be easily fixed on din bar, to a panel, or pneumatic connectors, directly on the station in order to minimize the volume under testing.
Thanks to optimized pneumatics, ultra fast internal valves and small testing connectors, testing time has will be minimized.
Following a philosophy of fast assembly and quick start, the T4990 has been designed to replace “do it yourself” testing stations, composed by pressure transducers, pneumatic groups and PLCs, allowing “plug and play”, without programming and installation costs; few minutes after assembly you will be fully operational.
The T4990 can communicate via protocol with equipment that is of ForTest, Canbus or Modbus RTU. Working scales go from -1 to 6 bar.
