Details

Designed for harsh aerospace environments, the flightDAQ2 combines compact design, exceptional data quality, and robust system diagnostics. It integrates up to 64 digitally compensated pressure transducers, each capable of 0.02% FS accuracy, and provides fully processed differential or absolute pressure data in engineering units.

The system outputs over Ethernet (TCP/IP & UDP), CAN, and IENA, with synchronization via IEEE 1588 PTPv2 and 24-bit data resolution. An electrically actuated 3-position shuttle valve allows automatic purge and re-zero functions without requiring external high-pressure air. The unit also includes internal heaters to support operation down to –55°C.

It is housed in an IP54-rated enclosure, tested to DO160G for vibration and shock. Measurement port options include bulged tubulations and quick disconnect fittings.
