The imc CANSASflex-DCB8 module provides 8 dynamic bridge channels which can each be filtered, amplified and digitized separately. For the supply of external sensors or for bridge measurement purposes, a sensor supply module with adjustable voltages is built into the system.
It supports a wide range of sensor types through differential analog inputs and offers selectable bridge completion for 120 Ω or 350 Ω quarter-bridges. Each of the 8 channels can be independently filtered, amplified, and digitized using 24-bit internal resolution, with 16-bit output over CAN bus.
Integrated features include shunt calibration, offset balancing, and onboard signal processing for real-time filtering, virtual channels, and threshold detection. The system supports sensor excitation voltages from 2.5 V to 24 V and can compensate for cable resistance, making it ideal for mobile or distributed setups.
The module is IP40-rated (with protective cover), operates from –40°C to +85°C, and includes galvanic isolation for both power and CAN interfaces. It easily connects to other imc CANSASflex or BUSDAQflex modules without tools or extra cabling.
