Details

The Dytran 3333A series is a miniature IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a low end frequency response of 0.7 Hz or 0.31 Hz, for excellent phase response at low frequencies. Units weigh just 2.3 grams, have a vertical height of 0.32 inches (8.1 millimeters), and offer excellent signal-to-noise ratio.

The distinguishing characteristic of the 3333A series is its exclusive, Dytran designed 4-pin radial connector. Compared to the industry standard connector (1/4-28 thread size), the 3333A series models incorporates a M4.5 x 0.35 connector that is approximately 20% smaller in size. This substantial size difference allows for a more flexible, lightweight cable, a smaller diameter for the connector, and also contributes to the overall small size of the accelerometer.

Available with a 10 mV/g up to 100 mV/g sensitivity, the Dytran 3333A series features ceramic shear sensing elements coupled with ultra low noise JFET electronics, packaged in a robust laser welded titanium housing. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
