The 2432T is a high-accuracy, 32-channel thermocouple acquisition system designed for distributed temperature measurement in flight testing, propulsion development, and environmental monitoring. It supports a wide range of thermocouple types, with cold junction compensation performed by an integrated UTR block and dual RTDs for high thermal stability and measurement accuracy.
Each input channel supports direct thermocouple or ±78 mV voltage signals, with 24-bit resolution and configurable output in engineering units or raw voltage. The system includes open-circuit detection on all channels and synchronized output via IEEE 1588 PTPv2.
All configuration is handled via an onboard web interface or remotely using iDDS/XML tools. Measurement data is transmitted over Ethernet (100 Mbps) using Chell Native, IENA, iDDS, or Netscanner emulation protocols. The unit is sealed to IP67 and meets DO160E/F standards for vibration and environmental performance, allowing use in both ground-based and in-flight installations.
