The 16MS MicroScanner brings high-accuracy pressure measurement into space-constrained test environments, such as wind tunnel models and dynamic vehicle tests. Available in both manifold-mount and direct-mount configurations, it supports flexible installation either into model surfaces or via traditional tube interfaces.
Equipped with Digital Temperature Compensation (DTC) technology, the 16MS uses 24 calibration coefficients per sensor to correct for non-linearity and temperature drift, delivering precise measurements over a wide operating range. Optional Dual Range Calibration further extends its versatility by allowing one sensor to operate at both high and low pressures without hardware changes.
The MicroScanner interfaces with PSI’s Initium, Optimus, 8400, or FDS systems and many third-party DAQs. It supports ±5 V or ±12 V operation and can output high-level analog signals directly to external data systems. Pneumatic calibration and run manifolds are available to streamline both operation and re-calibration.
