Details

The Dytran model 1061C is a piezoelectric charge mode force sensor, designed to measure both compressive and tensile forces from 10 to 25,000 lbf over a wide frequency range. Offered with a sensitivity of 9 pC/lbf, this dynamic force sensor can measure up to 500 lbs full scale in tension mode, with reliable high temperature operation to +500°F (+260°C).

Design of the model 1061C features a quartz sensing element, operating in compression mode and packaged in a rugged stainless steel housing, for an overall weight of 420 grams. Units incorporate a 10-32 radial connector and a series of 3/8-16 tapped holes, located at the top and bottom of the sensor housing, for ease of mounting.

Supplied Accessories: (2) model 6232 mounting studs (3/8-24)
